Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any operating costs associated with installation?
There are no mandatory operating costs other than the monthly rental fee. Replacement disposable nonwoven sheets are available as an option. Other than that, only standard running costs such as electricity are required. Installation, removal, and delivery fees are charged separately.
Is use limited to people affiliated with the facility?
The pod may be made available to the general public or restricted to facility users and employees. Please contact us to discuss the operating model that best suits your facility.
How will we receive the revenue?
All usage-fee revenue will be paid to you after payment processing fees have been deducted. Payments and revenue reporting are handled automatically.
How much space is required for installation?
Installation requires approximately the space of a phone booth, with a footprint of about 1.2 m², a ceiling height of at least 2.45 m, and one 100 V electrical outlet.
Is support available in the event of a malfunction or other issue?
Technical support is provided by the manufacturer, so you can have peace of mind if a problem occurs.
Can the pod be removed before the end of the contract period?
The minimum rental period is three years. Please contact us to discuss the detailed terms for your installation. Separate removal and delivery fees will apply when the pod is removed.
