The streamlines of the triangular polyhedron-shaped ceiling offers both beauty in design and functionality.
Environment
Ensures high soundproofing and fireproofing performance
Because SPACIA is a fully private, fully closed room, it is not bothered by its surroundings and can be expected to provide a high level of soundproofing.
In addition, the interior is made of noncombustible melamine laminate and tempered glass for small windows to enhance fire resistance. For emergencies, the space is equipped with fire detectors and an automatic fire extinguishing system.

In order to maintain safety even in the event of a major earthquake, we conducted a demonstration experiment that recreated an earthquake based on seismic data, and demonstrated that it would not fall over even in the Haga wave of the Great East Japan Earthquake, where a seismic intensity of 7 was observed.
